  • Draft listing paperwork and send for signatures 

  •  Input listing into MLS and upload pictures

  • Update listing status as needed

  • Schedule and manage showing requests

  • Request feedback from showing agents

  • Organize all offers and present offer comparison for review (if needed)

  • Review contracts and paperwork for accuracy

  • Coordinate inspections and appraisal 

  • Order resale packages for Condo/HOA/POA and inform of necessary items for compliance

  • Coordinate and communicate with all parties throughout the transaction

  • Keep all parties informed of progress to keep transaction running smoothly

  • When applicable, draft listing change forms/addendums and relay to appropriate parties when approved by agent.

  • Monitor closing progress and provide updates
